Our shipments are entrusted to one of the couriers among: GLS, MAIL BOXES ETC, UPS, BARTOLINI.
For Italy, shipping costs are free of charge for orders over 100.00 Euro, below this amount a contribution is required, calculated according to size, number of bottles and destination.


All our wines are transported with adequate packaging and are covered by an insurance policy to protect the customer in the event of breakage or loss during transport of the order. 

Packaging: To ensure that our products arrive at their destination in the best possible condition, we have chosen exclusively new-generation packaging made entirely of high-strength recyclable cardboard. This packaging is patented and specially designed to provide maximum reliability and safety during the delicate transport phase. In any case, to protect you as much as possible, shipments are always insured for breakage, theft or loss.

Shipping costs for Italy are free of charge for orders over 100 euros.


All prices listed on the website are exclusive of VAT. Prices may be changed at any time, without prior notice.

Deliveries will be made within 10 working days in Italy, 15 to 18 days in Europe, and 18 to 20 days for the USA, from the date of notification of shipment. Once the shipment has been dispatched, Takius. s.r.l. will forward you the tracking number of your order as soon as possible.

How much does it cost? The amount of shipping costs is calculated automatically when processing your order.

Customers can make their purchases by choosing from the following payment methods at checkout:
PAYPAL: in secure mode (with SSL3 protocol), you can make the transaction quickly and easily. You can use Credit Cards.

BANK TRANSFER: In this case we must receive payment before the goods are shipped. Payment must be made within 7 days from the order date. After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Communication between the browser and the bank's server is secured by an SSL3 encrypted transport (currently the highest security standard with server-side certification). In this way, the parameters transmitted through the customer's browser are encrypted with high-security algorithms and the consumer (customer) cannot in any way interfere in the conversation between the merchant (retailer) and the bank.

The company TAKIUS s.r.l. is not liable for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, arising from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalogue published on the site.

TAKIUS s.r.l. is also not liable for any delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for any failure to match the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other event not directly attributable to TAKIUS s.r.l.


Orders are only and exclusively accepted via the Internet (on-line). The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming that the order has been placed by electronic mail (E-mail), indicating the relevant order number.

The amount of the delivery costs payable by the user in relation to a specific order shall be expressly and separately indicated (in Euro and inclusive of VAT) during the purchase process, in the order summary and, in any case, before the user proceeds to transmit the order. In the event of failure to indicate a specific delivery period, it shall, in any case, take place within thirty days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

The delivery obligation is fulfilled by transferring the material availability or otherwise the control of the Products to the user.

In any case of unavailability of the Product ordered, without prejudice to the rights attributed to the user by law and, in particular, by Chapter XIV of Title II of Book IV of the Civil Code, the user shall be promptly informed by e-mail or by telephone. The user shall, therefore, be entitled to terminate the contract, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 61, paragraphs IV and V of the Consumer Code. In the event that the user avails himself of the right to terminate the contract pursuant to Article 61, paragraphs IV and V of the Consumer Code, or in any case in which payment of the Total Amount Due has already been made, Takius shall reimburse the amount without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of collection. This amount will normally be credited to the same means of payment used by the user for the purchase or the different means agreed between the user and Takius. Any delays in crediting may depend on the bank, the type of credit card or the payment solution used.

The user who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Takius in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), without incurring any costs other than those indicated in this article and without having to specify the reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days (Withdrawal Period). The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days:

in the case of an order for a single Product, from the day on which the user or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the user acquires physical possession of the Product

in the case of a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, from the day on which the user or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the user acquires physical possession of the last Product

in the case of an order for the delivery of a Product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which the user or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the user acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform Takius of his decision to withdraw, before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send an email to with an explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract (Declaration of Withdrawal). Since the burden of proof relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period is on the user, it is in the user's interest to keep a copy of the email sent to Takius with the Declaration of Withdrawal.

For the return of the Product, the user can use a carrier of his choice with the cost of return borne by the user: in this case, the user, after having exercised the right of withdrawal in the manner indicated in this article, must return the Product to Takius, using a carrier of his choice and at his own expense, without undue delay and in any case within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicated to Takius his decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the user returns the Product before the expiry of the seven-day period. The Product, properly protected and packaged, must be sent to the following address:

The direct costs of returning the Product to Takius shall be borne by the user. The return of the Product to Takius is the responsibility of the user.

If the user has used a discount code for the purchase of the Product for which the user has exercised the right of withdrawal, the refund shall be made only with reference to the amount of money actually spent by the user, and not also with regard to the value of the discount code.

If the user withdraws from the contract, Takius will proceed with the refund of the Total Amount Due paid by the user for the Product, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which Takius received the Products subject to withdrawal in the same condition in which they were sold. The refund shall be made using the same means of payment used by the user for the initial transaction or the different means agreed between the parties; in any case, the user shall not incur any additional costs as a result of such a refund.

The user shall only be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from any handling of the Product other than those necessary to recognise the Product with certainty. The Product shall in any case be stored, handled and inspected with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts, with all accessories present, still attached to the Product and intact and not tampered with, as well as free of signs of wear and tear or dirt. Moreover, withdrawal applies to the Product in its entirety. It cannot therefore be exercised in relation to parts and/or accessories (that do not constitute independent Products) of the Product.

In the event that the withdrawal is not exercised in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, it shall not result in the termination of the contract and, consequently, shall not give rise to any right to reimbursement. Takius shall notify the user and reject the request for withdrawal. The Product, if already received by Takius, will remain at Takius at the disposal of the user for collection, which must be done at the expense and under the responsibility of the user.

In the event that the Product for which the withdrawal has been exercised has suffered a decrease in value as a result of handling the good other than that necessary to clearly identify it, the refund amount shall be reduced by an amount equal to this decrease in value. Takius shall notify the user of this circumstance and the resulting reduced reimbursement amount, providing the user, in the event that the reimbursement has already been paid, with the bank details for payment of the amount owed by the user as a result of the diminished value of the Product.

In the event that, one of the cases provided for by law, the right of withdrawal does not apply, such exclusion shall be specifically and expressly communicated in the Product Sheet and, in any case, during the purchase process, before the user proceeds to transmit the order. In any case, the user is reminded that, pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded, inter alia, in the event that the sale relates to:

(i) custom-made or clearly customised products.


By placing an order on the Site, the user consents to receive an invoice, if requested, only in electronic format. The invoice may be printed and filed as an original in accordance with Ministerial Circular 45/E, 19/10/2005. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the user, which the user declares and guarantees to be true, shall be considered authentic and Takius shall be held harmless and indemnified from any damage, including penalties issued by the competent authorities, that may be caused to the same in the event of failure to respond to the truth.

Photos, texts, descriptions and everything contained in the Site are the property of TAKIUS srl. The full or partial reproduction of any part of the Site is prohibited; the reproduction of texts or photos for any use and in any form whatsoever without prior written authorisation from TAKIUS srl is also prohibited.


All Products sold on the Site are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided for in Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code (Legal Guarantee). The Legal Warranty is reserved to consumers. It therefore only applies to users who have made a purchase on the Site for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or professional activity carried out. To those who have purchased on the Site and who do not have the status of consumer, the warranty for defects of the thing sold, the warranty for defects of promised and essential qualities and the other warranties provided for by the Civil Code with the relative terms, forfeitures and limitations shall be applied.



Contracts concluded between users of the Site and Takius are governed by Italian law. This is without prejudice to the application to consumer users who do not have their habitual residence in Italy of any more favourable and mandatory provisions provided for by the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence, in particular in relation to the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal, the deadline for returning the Products, in the event of exercising this right, the methods and formalities for communicating the same and the legal guarantee of conformity.

Pursuant to Article 141-sexies, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), Takius informs the user who has the status of consumer pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1, lett. a) of the Consumer Code, that in the event that he or she has submitted a complaint to Takius, as a result of which it has not been possible to find a negotiated solution, Takius will provide information about the Alternative Dispute Resolution bodies for the out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to obligations arising from a contract concluded on the basis of these General Conditions of Sale (so-called ADR bodies, as indicated in Articles 141-bis et seq. of the Consumer Code).

Takius also informs users who have the status of consumer as defined in Article 3(1)(a) of the Consumer Code that a European platform has been established for the online resolution of consumer disputes (the so-called ODR platform). The ODR platform can be consulted at the following address; through the ODR platform the consumer user can consult the list of ADR entities, find the link to the site of each of them and initiate an online dispute resolution procedure for the dispute in which he/she is involved.

This is without prejudice, in any event, to the consumer's right to appeal to the ordinary courts having jurisdiction over the dispute arising from these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The user residing in a member state of the European Union other than Italy may, in addition, have access, for any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, to the European procedure established for small claims, by Council Regulation (EC) No. 861/2007 of 11 July 2007, provided that the value of the dispute does not exceed, excluding interests, fees and expenses, Euro 2,000.00. Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, mostly from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. To facilitate delivery, we suggest that you indicate an address where someone is always available for collection, e.g. an office or a shop you trust, and specify the telephone number.

At particular times of the year such as holidays and/or special promotions, we do not guarantee normal delivery times.

Important: if you should receive a package that is not intact, damaged or tampered with, point out this anomaly by writing the word "RESERVE" on the delivery note that the courier will make you sign, describing the anomaly afterwards. Then notify Takius customer service at, attaching any photos of the damage, the non-original packaging, etc.

To return products to Takius simply contact Customer Services by sending an email with the information requested.
